HCCF selected as one of 19 recipients for the Servco Foundation’s 20-19 Community Grant Program

Hawaii Children’s Cancer Foundation (HCCF) was selected as one of 19 recipients for Servco Foundation’s 20-19 Community Grant Program (a part of Servco’ s $1.5 million Centennial Service Campaign). Servco received nearly 5,000 public nominations, representing 567 organizations from across the state. As part of the grant program, HCCF received a $20,000 grant from the Servco Foundation during a ceremony at the State Capitol Rotunda on 10/17. The Servco Foundation was established in 1986 by Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco) in recognition of its responsibility as a corporate citizen to the communities it serves.

Cancer survivor, Ryder Lum and his mother Richelle both attended the ceremony along with HCCF Board Members, Barb Craft and Laura Bonilla pictured above with Servco Pacific, Inc., Chairman & CEO, Mark Fukunaga, President & COO, Rick Ching and Executive Director of the Servco Foundation, Peter Hirano. We offer our sincerest gratitude to Ryder Lum for his heartfelt nomination and to the Servco Foundation for their overwhelming generosity in gifting local nonprofits with hugely, impactful grants.
