Waipahu Elementary School Donation

Students of 5th grade teacher, Lisa Nakamoto, at Waipahu Elementary School, sold lemonade to raise funds for HCCF, the American Red Cross and the  Hawaiian Humane Society. HCCF received $220.55! The students created their own unique t-shirt designs to wear during their fundraiser and as a keepsake. They asked the reps from all 3 organization to sign them. The students were thoughtful, articulate and asked a lot of great questions about the mission and services of HCCF. Additionally, Ms. Nakamoto made our Executive Director a beautiful ribbon lei with their school colors. Mahalo Nui Loa to these amazing students and their wonderful teacher for their good works for Hawaii nonprofits!
